    Works great for mild cramps but can't stand against the bad ones

    It's definitely helpful! But I was really hoping it would give me some relief from the worst of my cramps...the kind that make you nauseous and have you writhing in pain - iykyk. Unfortunately (but maybe not surprisingly), it wasn't able to disrupt the pain signals from the really bad ones. But I was able to be up and moving around about 40% more than I usually would so that's definitely something! The device itself works great.

    Periods suck

    It takes the edge off sometimes but my pain is intense. I have **** and have a job where I can’t take off for it. So this helps take the edge off to help me survive the day.

    Life changings
