    Lessened period cramps and discomfort

    Game changer

    I have been struggling with heavy painful periods ever since getting off of birth control. I have been taking this supplement daily for a month and it has helped lower my cramps significantly. This was the first period in years that I wasn’t disabled for 2 days. Only took pain meds once a day instead of every 4 hours. So awesome.

    One month with this vitamins made all the difference!

    Well…. I’ve been taking it for a month, and I am impressed! In just one month of taking the pills I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement to my PMS. I had no mood swings, if anything I feel like it has IMPROVED my mood. No fatigue, if anything I feel I have more energy over all, and I have no crazy food cravings. I still experienced a little bloating, but only 2 days before my period as opposed to weeks before my period.
