One month with this vitamins made all the difference!
Well…. I’ve been taking it for a month, and I am impressed! In just one month of taking the pills I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement to my PMS. I had no mood swings, if anything I feel like it has IMPROVED my mood. No fatigue, if anything I feel I have more energy over all, and I have no crazy food cravings. I still experienced a little bloating, but only 2 days before my period as opposed to weeks before my period. If you are looking for some relief from PMS, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend giving these vitamins a try. I have only been taking them for a month and have noticed a significant improvement!!

Improving period consistency and managing PMS symptoms
My periods can be all over the place and I always blame myself, my diet, my stress level. These have very obviously caused my periods to be more consistent and helped with a lot of my pms symptoms like anxiety and fatigue. I’m really glad I started taking these.

Major changes in just one month
I don’t normally give reviews. But this time I feel it’s worth taking the time to write a review, as it could possibly help someone else out there who has been struggling with HORRIBLE PMS symptoms like I’ve been. This is by far the best PMS supplement that I have used. Seems to tick so many boxes, and has really made me feel all round great. Keen to try some of their other supplements too.
